The owner-operator model
As an ABC franchisee, you clean your own commercial accounts — offices and commercial buildings — especially as you get started. This is hands-on business ownership, not a passive investment.
Commercial cleaning is recurring, contracted work. Buildings need cleaning night after night, week after week. That ongoing nature is the foundation you build your business on.
Owner-operator model: the franchisee must personally participate in day-to-day operations. The business is held as an LLC or corporation, with one owner holding at least 50% serving as the managing owner.

- 10-year franchise term, renewable if in good standing.
- Non-exclusive territory.
- No prior cleaning experience required — training is provided.
The support system behind you
You own the business. You're not on your own.
ABC is the support system behind your independently owned business. Several kinds of support are available, so you can run lean or lean on us where it helps.
Training
Online video, classroom, and on-the-job training with your first account. No prior cleaning experience required.
Client acquisition
We find and secure commercial cleaning accounts for your business. You also have the option to secure cleaning contracts through your own efforts.
Billing & cash-flow protection
Our team manages the invoicing and billing for your accounts. Your revenue is deposited into your account on the 1st of each month.
Insurance program
You will benefit from our group general liability, bonding, and workers' comp insurance so you can qualify to perform work at the facilities you serve.
