The initial franchise fee includes a $1,000 credit toward starting equipment and supplies purchased through ABC.
Veterans: 10% off
10% off the initial franchise fee for honorably discharged U.S. military veterans (DD-214 required at signing).
Ongoing fees
What you pay ABC as a percentage of your monthly gross revenue (FDD Item 6). These are facts — not earnings math.
Royalty
The core ongoing fee paid to Advanced Building Care.
7% of monthly gross revenue
Administration / Consulting
Ongoing administrative and consulting support from the franchise office.
8% of monthly gross revenue
Insurance Program (General Liability, Bonding & Workers' Comp)
This is for the insurance required by facilities to work on-site.
5% of monthly gross revenue
Client Billing / Cash-Flow Protection & Records
Billing administration and cash-flow protection on your accounts.
1% of monthly gross revenue
Client Marketing / Acquisition Fee
Applies only if you accept accounts that ABC markets to you. Multiple payment options exist (see FDD Item 6).
